What is Headphone?

A headphone is a portable device for listening to audio privately by converting electrical signals into sound waves through small speakers worn over or in the ear. They come in various forms, like over-ear, on-ear, and in-ear (earbuds), and connect to devices via wires or wirelessly using Bluetooth. Headphones allow personal audio enjoyment without disturbing others or in high-noise environments.  

How Headphone work?

Headphones work by converting electrical signals from a device into sound waves through small speakers called drivers. Inside each driver, a diaphragm vibrates when an electrical current passes through a voice coil within a magnetic field, creating a vibrating push and pull that creates air pressure waves, which are perceived as sound when they reach your ears. 

How Many Headphone Model are available? 

There are too many headphone brands to count precisely, with hundreds of manufacturers worldwide, though major players include Sony, Bose, Apple, Sennheiser, JBL, and Audio-Technica, Havit, A4 Tech, aiwa, Phillips. The total number of brands constantly grows with new companies entering the market and more niche manufacturers becoming available.
